Zijian Chen
Hello! I am Zijian (“Steven”), an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo. I am lucky to be advised by Prof. Jimmy Lin and Prof. Victor Zhong in their labs, and by Prof. Akari Asai while interning at the Allen Institute for AI.
My research spans Information Retrieval (IR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP): I work to jointly advance retrieval systems specialized for agents, and agents that make more effective use of retrieval systems.
